What is Google Lens?
Google Lens enables you to point your phone at something that you see and it will tell you what it is. It might not tell you what exactly it is, but you will be given suggestions based on that particular object

      Google lens is an AI-powered technology that uses a smartphone camera and a deep machine learning to identify an object placed in front of the camera. It not only identifies an object but also translates the text in front of your camera into your preferred language. It also scans the barcode of things that you wish to know about and you will be given information about that thing.

How to access or use Google Lens?
    You can access the Google lens feature in three ways.
1. Google assistant.
2. Google photos app
3. Google lens app

1. Google assistant.

  If you have the latest version of Android than you can access Google Lens from your home button by holding it long. By pressing it long it will trigger Google assistant where you can find Google lens icon, just tap on that icon to access it and you are good to go.

2. Google Photos app.

     If you do not have the Google photos pre- installed on your smartphone install the latest version of it from play store and sign up with google account, after that open up any photos leaving the human faces as it does not recognise humans, you can choose things such as famous buildings, flowers, plants, animals, magazines, TV, barcodes, laptops, etc. After opening any image click on the lens icon it will try identifying that image and it will pop up the results, and based on that  image it will also show you similar items.

3. Google lens app.

      You can also directly access this feature if you have Android version marshmallow. It is only available to Google pixel smartphone's, and some other devices like Samsung note 8,One plus smartphone's.
